Gaia’s Pantry

This project was part of a sophomore studio class focused on analyzing and renovating a site in downtown Syracuse to create a restaurant concept. The challenge involved working within a specified square footage while exploring three different budget tiers, ranging from simple to grand designs. This allowed for creative flexibility in balancing practicality and ambition, resulting in a thoughtful and innovative reimagining of the space.
